The Champlain Mall in Moncton is undergoing some big changes with the exit of Sears and the announcement of a TD Corporate Office taking over the space. Flynn was awarded the 1,080 square Mod-Bit re-roof on this project. EllisDon is the GC on this project and have a very tight schedule! At the time of publication Flynn is beating all of EllisDon’s milestones on the project.
