FUFC supports and trains members of the Roofing Production team who want to be Flynn Coaches. This program focuses on how to effectively coach and engage inexperienced general labourers, reducing turnover and building a quality workforce.
Current and Future Superintendents
FUSA is a virtual offering that focuses on a variety of key topics that are specific to a Superintendent's role. This program will take a deep dive into role clarity, management & communication skills, creative problem solving, planning & prioritization, risk management, and leading change.
Service Team
FUSE II is a 1-day locally run program that provides broader skills and expertise in client relations and the service management process. This session focuses on both administration and procedural issues as well as communication, customer service, problem solving, and relationship building, as well as the service mobile application.
