In conjunction with Marco Group, the St. John’s metals crew has been hard at work on the MUN Core Science Facility. The project consists of just under 60,000 sq. ft. of insulated wall panels enclosing the 6th floor penthouse, 11,000 sq. ft. of metal siding in the plenums plus 18,000 sq. ft. of composite soffit panels. Work began mid-June and continued throughout the beautiful summer weather that St. John’s experienced this year.  Fall was another story with plenty of rain, high winds (some days surpassing 140 km/h gusts) and near record snowfall accumulation as of late. Throughout this, work has progressed and will continues in to the new year.
