Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 12th Flynn University for Frontline Coaches (FUFC) workshop.
FUFC is our internal training program designed to support and train members of the Roofing Production team who want to be Flynn Coaches. This program focuses on how to effectively coach and engage inexperienced general labourers, reducing turnover and building a quality workforce.
