BC Health and Safety Manager Sean Abbott shared that Vancouver Journeyman Glazier Michal Lampa received movie passes from PCL for observing and removing another trades fall protection equipment that was being used in an aerial lift.
“Our safety culture is not only to look out for our own, but also other workers who put themselves at risk. This is a great example of empowerment. We C.A.R.E,” he said.
