The Hydro One re-roof project (Manby Transfer Station 450 KWV) in Etobicoke included removing the existing roof system to the level of the deck and installing polyisocyanurate insulation and 3 Ply Mod Bit cold applied membrane.
Challenges included the number of power lines around us and above us as pictured, and following all the rules from Hydro One, 100 percent of the time!
