Over the last few weeks of August, the crew mobilized for a complete re-roof project on the Dominion Super Store and Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation.
Flynn’s work includes 42,200 sq. ft. on an IRC project, 2-ply Mod-bit system including Sopravap-R V/B, 2.5” SopraIso Plus insulation, 3/16” Soprasmart Board 180 system to be adhered and a Sopralene 560 Traffic Cap. Sopralene Stick HR 40 and Sopralene Stick HRGR is used for picture framing and detail flashings.
This is a 20-year platinum warranty project. Completion is expected for October 2019.
