The 3rd phase of the project is underway and consists of replacing all fire-stop system, back pans, aluminum panels and reinstalling the existing curtain wall finish. The work being done on the south side of the building and Health + Safety and productivity under the continuous weather fluctuations are major challenges for the workers.
