Congratulations to our third graduating group of Flynn University for Professional Estimating! FUPE is a specially designed course for junior and senior estimators, as well as estimating managers. The program does not focus on the technical skills of estimating, but rather the professional skills needed to be successful in these roles.
FUPE dives deep into a variety of modules and covers all topics necessary for success today, and down the road. Some of the topics covered include: building relationships, PIL, PFP, risk management and contracts, templates, bluebeam, take-offs, schedules, work orders, hand-off meetings, site visits and postmortems.
