Tight Job Site No Problem For this Crew.

One of Flynn’s Spokane, WA crews completed the exterior cladding package on the 1st Avenue Mixed-Use project. The team lead by Brian Jennen spent most of five months installing Vaproshield weather barrier, Flynn ISO Clip and rail system, along with 2” mineral wool insulation covered with AEP-Span 12” concealed fastener, “Prestige PS-12” panel, and Arconix ACM accent panels.

The crew was faced with a tight job site but tackled horizontal ACM trim bands, concealed fastener panel soffits, as well as wood soffits at the entries and 7th-floor balcony. Oil canning of the 22 ga. flush wall panels were corrected using high-temperature backer rod adhered to the backs of the panels resulting in the best flush panel job in town.

Our appreciation goes out to the crew which varied over time, but all put in hard work!
