Flynn Halifax was awarded a project at the University of Cape Breton. The 29,500 sq. ft. re-roof involves removing the old EPDM system down to the Tectum deck and installing a fully adhered Sure-White EPDM system.
Working on an active university and above an active classroom poses many obstacles. One challenge was coordinating with the mechanical contractor to shut down their AC unit for as little time as possible.
With proper planning and keeping safety as a main priority, foreman Clinton and crew have been executing this project accordingly.
