Working with general contractor RCS, this project is an 84,400 sq. ft. 2 ply mod bit re-roof on St. John’s largest retail shopping centre above the old Sears Canada space. It is currently under demolition and undergoing a retro-fit for new retail outlets to move in in Spring 2019.
Avalon Mall will also be undergoing an expansion in 2019 which consists of 112,200 sq. ft. of mod bit roofing and we were recently issued a PO for this work!
