Our roofing work on the grocery store chain included 379 squares of re-roofing the whole building. Work was completed in January. We removed the existing roof down to the existing deck, adhered vapour barrier and mechanically fastened insulation with fiberboard. All the perimeters were picture- framed with colply base sheet and cap sheet. Challenges on this project were that the existing roof was very fragile and we constantly checked the roof for splits before the end of the day. We also worked over the store while the store was in operation. Danny Camara and the crew did a great job communicating with the store as to where they were working. Keep up the great work!
