The Agropur dairy plant is located just outside the city of Halifax, and the scope on this project consisted of removing a ballasted system and installing a new Modified Bitumen system. After receiving positive feedback from IRC Group and Agropur for completing a 165-square re-roof in the summer of 2017, we were invited back this summer to execute this 45-square re-roof. While working at the dairy plant, dust and noise control are necessary. Being able to utilize our Roof Vac machine to remove the ballast within our two-day window helped.
This is Clinton Prime’s first project as Foreman after a recent promotion. Both the client and consultant on this project are satisfied with the quality of work Clinton and crew have achieved, which will hopefully open the door for more work in the coming years!
