The Flynn Family wins together by supporting each other like a family should.
Flynn Montréal wanted to call attention to two examples of employees supporting each other.
Richard Poirier has been with Flynn for over 20 years working in glass manufacturing and his passion has passed onto to his daughter. At a very young age Janypier Poirier had an interest in her father’s work and would often participate when she got a chance. Just recently a job opportunity arose in the factory and she took it on. Now there are two generations of Poiriers working side by side while sharing the same passion. Its great to see a new hire supported and encouraged while they develop their career at Flynn.
But this story does not only apply to family. Jean-Francois Richard was hired in 2008 as part of an integration program for the differently-abled. Since he was hired, he has been a diligent and responsible employee. Due to his limitation every day can be a challenge. But with a little help from his friends, such as Brian Jones, he manages just fine. At the end of the day providing a helping hand to our team is how we win together.
