Justin, who works out of Flynn’s Kansas City branch, was nominated for the award on the strength of his performance as a Flynn coach. Justin attended our Flynn University for Frontline Coaches workshop, where Flynn’s experienced tradespeople are trained to coach the new generation during their first months on the job.
After the training Justin hit the ground running and has become one of our top performing coaches in terms of the progress of his “rookies” and his dedication to the program. His genuine desire to provide a better entry experience for the next generation is exactly why Justin is a fantastic leader and coach to his rookies. Not only is he providing a more positive first experience to those entering roofing, but he is also helping change our industry’s culture for the better.
