Jim Furtado and his crew started at the Chatham Casino on November 19, 2018 and finished in January 2019. The GC is BLT Construction Services Inc from Toronto, and the owner is Gateway Casinos. We installed 495 squares of modified bitumen with a 25-year warranty. Weather was definitely a challenge at first, but we got a break with some mild weather which allowed us to get caught up within a very tight timeline. The owner installed a live camera on site and we could view all the progress. Jimmy and crew completed this job with a great safety record! Great job, guys!
