The Ottawa light Rail Transit is (OLRT) is Ottawa’s largest transportation infrastructure project since the building of the Rideau Canal. Working with the Rideau Transit Group, our architectural panels and glazing work on the 2.5 km tunnel includes installing approximately 82,000 sq. ft. of STX rainscreen porcelain panels (4,500 panels of 3.5mm and 5.6 mm porcelain panels); and installing approximately 95,000 sq. ft.  of Accumet 2000 rainscreen system (2,750 panels – 4 mm Composite FR). Installation includes air/vapour barrier, sub framing, insulation, flashings and miscellaneous items.

Work at the Blair, Cyrville and Tremblay Stations is complete. Work at the remaining stations (St. Laurent, Hurdman, UOttawa, Lees, Lyon, Parliament, Rideau, Bayview, Pimsi and Tunney) is in progress. This project began in June 2016 and is expected to finish in June 2019.
