87 Peter St. is a new condo in the Entertainment District in Toronto’s downtown core. Flynn Toronto’s architectural metals division worked with Menkes Developments Ltd. to provide 12,000 sq. ft. of 3mm thick Shiplap Aluminum Panels at the podium level, 5,000 sq. ft. of Axiom 3 Aluminum Plate Panels at ground level, 330 pieces of “Art Work” on the west elevation (along Peter St.) and 150 sq. ft. of 45 mil TPO roofing membrane (installed by our Toronto roofing service crew)

Project Manager Nicholas Valencia says, “Overall this project was well-planned from the beginning to end, with a strong crew on-site keeping it all together. The “Art Work” elevation was something we have never done in Toronto – so no matter how much we planned, we would only see the results come to fruition when we started. We left our mark in the Entertainment District in downtown Toronto for many years to come.”
